The oil in that recipe reminds me of the time 20 years ago when all the Pizza Huts out on Long Island used 2 1/2" paint brushes to coat the pans they baked the pizzas in with an oil that resembled liquid Mel-Fry.

I wonder what step (3) in that recipe is???

I'm not much for using honey and that's a lot of oil. Also, pretty low hydration, but.............I'm sure it would be better than Pizza Slut, PJ's, etc. jmho, pb

Here is something that was on the Yahoo site this afternoon...I thought I'd pass it along to some of our resident pizza makers(After all it's Pizza saturday Night!)The Prosciutto Pie sounds good. Is that a good dough recipe? How about some of those comments!
