Sometimes I like eating nostalgia and many times it is good, very good. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Anyway, while munching away in front of the computer, I began thinking about the humble origins of the little snack that made a snack empire and remembered a terrific NPR piece on the origins of Fritos from October 2007. I found it on the web and thought others might enjoy it so I am posting it here. It consists of the original NPR audio along with an excellent article with photos.
