A large vanilla cookie with a dark chocolate frosting ( almost a ganache) side and a beautiful vanilla frosting side (sometimes with just a touch of lemon). I have used a recipe from &amp;quot;Gourmet&amp;quot; for the smaller version of these and they are really pretty good.
