Last time I made it, I used pepper jack and salsa.) &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Add the top slice of rye bread, smoosh it down a bit, cut in half, and enjoy. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Wash it down with either an RC cola, or a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer.
