The Chile Relleno Dogs are at the New Mexico State Fair this year. I talked to the folks there and found out that the rights are owned by Mi Relleno, LLC. They have a website (mirelleno.com), although when I went to it, it seemed to be "under construction". These dogs are REALLY good! I think they won second place as "Best Food" award.

I found pics of everything BUT a Chile Relleno Dog.

Someone posted pics from the New Mexico State Fair last year but later deleted them. I was told it was because someone complained about taking up the bandwith. Those pics were inspirational to me. I'd really like to see the pic of that chile relleno dog posted again.

I sure would like to see some pics of chile relleno dogs from the New Mexico State Fair. That secret crispy batter recipe sure would be nice if it could be squeezed out of someone.
