The best you can do off of I-95 as far as the interstate is concerned would be ANY "Cracker Barrel" They are clean, consistant & good for breakfast. Do try to sniff out a local place when you get to your destination for some good Ol' country ham, red eye gravy & grits for that down south feel...

I'm leaving DC at 3 am and will be wanting to stop between 7 am and 8 am, so I'm looking for breakfast places within 5 miles of the 1-95, somewhere between Rocky Mount and Fayetteville. Any thoughts????
