Our local guy knows his beef, and (so far) has honored my requests for the larger filet pieces. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt;    We used to each eat one of this beauties (with some left-overs scraps), but now One does it just fine for the two of us. This leaves us with one great doggie-bone, and Two Doggies to satisfy.
