no this is how I eat when I'm at home. Today I had hot oat bran cereal, however we had a snow storm here in Rhode Island and they decided to buy Pizza for us here at work for lunch (there goes my healthy eating for the day) Usuallyi I would just ignore the pizza and go home for lunch (My office is 3 miles from my condo) but I had such a tough time getting my car out of the condo parking lot this morning, I thought if I returned home, my car would get stuck again.

Besides I'm "in training" for my next "roadfood orgy" less than 7 weeks away in Southern California.

Thanks for the info MD. Coincidentally, I had both peanut butter and banana cream pie over the weekend. Not quite sure how to react to Pi Day, though! Any suggestions?

Hey, I had two oat bran muffins over the weekend- one on Saturday Morning and one on Sunday Morning, even had some egg whites too!

This may (or may NOT) come as a shock to you that our campus has a traditional Pi Day dance. Yes, young geeks partying. It is quite the site. I am pretty sure that no one actually dances, but one of the student groups sets up a big screen TV and they play video games all night with loud music blaring.

Girls on one side...guys on the other, natch.

You're in luck! It's also National Peanut Month, so you can get a peanutbutter pie, too. And, of course, the 14th is Pi Day.

I will also miss the whoopie pie. But, I am being cheered up by the fact that it is national banana cream pie day. Needless to say, I plan on going out and celebrating in style!

Since I just returned from vacation, I got my first look at the calendars this morning. Beautiful!!! It makes me want to get right back on the road. My vote for most appetizing photo goes to the whoopie pie. Oh, and it is nice to know that I was born on National Cheeseburger day!

That whoopie pie was "Miss February", and I am gonna miss that whoopie pie.

"Miss March" is also attractive, but that whoopie pie was a real head turner!

Bruce, Sue & Stephen - Received my 3-pack yesterday and they look great! Thanks for all your efforts on this project! These will make some great gifts, well, at least 2 of the 3! Time to turn our attention to the annual trip! Thanks again!

Hi ChiTownDiner, your three calendars were mailed Parcel Post on Saturday the 23rd. The post office estimates about five days for them to reach you. I assume they are talking business days, and I don't know if the Friday after Thanksgiving and Saturdays are included, but I would guess you should receive them early this week.

Bruce is handling the distribution - when I last checked (last week) he mailed out the first batch of 50, and then placed an order for another 100 keep up with demand.

Mark, the calendar is loaded with special food days like "National Ice Cream Day", etc. It is not included in the photo, because you wouldn't be able to read it.

The photo of the sticky bun is enticing in its gooey way. Looking at the actual days of the calendar, a real blank emptiness is apparent. It would be nice if there was a listing of food festivals and happenings around he country. Does that happen? We need to be aware when there is a Jackalope BBQ in Bumfugg, Montana...

I received my 2009 Roadfood.com calenders today. They are terrific! I'll be salivating at the beginning of each month next year. And then, sorry to see each month end.

Got a big envelope in the mail yesteday, and saw that the return address was Bruce Bilmes. Yes! It was the RF calendar!

Good job, Bruce! I especially like the Harold's pastrami-mountain sandwich, and the Prince's Hot Chicken.

Hey Ellen4641, how can you pass up a calendar with Harold's pastrami in it???
