(sk bob)

Sorry about the above picture, we were trying to figure out how to add pictures. Now we'll try again.

Here are two pictures that we took 2 weeks ago of our Pete's Pizza takeout order.
thirdturnpeg just figured out how to add pictures, we hope.
If this works out, LOOK OUT!!!

Nice extra cheese amount, with the right amount of oil" border="0" />

" border="0" />

Re:Review of Pete's Pizzaria Daytona Beach,FL. (sk bob)

I want to try Luigis next. they have a coupon in one of those books they have in all the stores.
I could go for one tonight but the wife doesn't want pizza 2 nights in a row.
The auction is the Barret-Jackson classic car auction live from Scottsdale Arizona on Speedchannel, Brighthouse cable #32
they auction all the classic, antique,&muscle cars that only John A. or Bluemaxx can afford. fun to watch.

Re:Review of Pete's Pizzaria Daytona Beach,FL. (Baah Ben)

SK - Now try Luigie's and see how the two compare. I feel they are equal, but they are different.

Luigie's give more cheese on their slices (both offer lunch specials of two slices with a soda for $3.50) and his dough is heavier and has almost a chewy texture to it..But, not in a bad way. Reminds me almost of Steve's pizza in North Miami.

Pete's crust is definitely much lighter. It has almost an airy texture to it and you can easily eat one more slice of it vs Luigi's to full you up.

If you head North on Ridgewood, Luigi's will be on your left one block before the Sonic/Publix complex in Holly Hill. It is in this little shopping center where there is a sign for dog groomer. Luigi's faces Ridgewood.

Now, if you have found better around here between these two, please let me know! Where? Thanks

So, what is this show you watch? This auction?

Review of Pete's Pizzaria Daytona Beach,FL. (sk bob)

locacted in a strip mall on S. Nova Rd. in Daytona Beach, Petes pizza is for all intents a take out place with an extensive menu of the usual pizza joint stuff. you can eat in at the half dozen tables and bright lights.
they do have BUD draft if you dine in,or a 6 to go for $9.
The pizza had a nice taste of the usual spices, a nice thin crust with the cheese going over the crust on a few slices, but on one side the crust got a little thicker going to the outer crust.
all in all a good pie. nothing to swoon over in my opinion, but I will go back.
we had nothing but extra cheese to get the taste of the pie.
I feel thats how you get the true taste of the pie itself, then go for more toppings next time.
we're having trouble downloading pictures, hopefully they will be up Sunday 1-17-09
