The Titusville location is usually very busy, but on both occasions that I was at the Orlando place, it seemed a little deserted. I can't imagine that the drop in tourism (I-Drive is the height of tourist-central) helped this location, as it never appeared to be a hit with the locals.

I think I heard that Orlando was a franchise.

I had no idea there was one in Orlando. Wish I had known when I was in the area last Fall. Sorry to here it went out of business. The Titusville location is so busy, I can't imagine it ever having financial hardship.

A question.....is Dixie Crossroad in Orlando the same place or not as Dixie Crossroad in Titusville?

We are going down for the next shuttle launch and were planning on eating at the one in Titusville.
I hope it's still there.

Wow! That is hard to believe. Dixie Crossroads is a terrific restaurant. I cannot imagine what the problem could have been.

This is too bad as I just suggested it to overnight guests as an excellent and reasonably priced to eat along International Drive.

Drove by the other day and was boarded up.

Too bad, it was about the only viable place on I-Drive.
