This is not part of his chain.

Their burgers are made from local beef, and they have a wide selection of other sandwiches and things (http://beefnbunsnparadise.com/food.html), as well as ice cream and milkshakes (http://beefnbunsnparadise.com/icecream.html). The fresh-squeezed lemonade, however, is not to be missed. Real lemonade, with sugar and pits and actual lemons in it. Fabu.

The major drawback is the lack of indoor seating. I mean, complete lack. The tables are outside, on the north side of the parking lot, backed up to a fence with surfboards and stuff nailed to it. When it's warm out, it's actually very nice, as long as it's not windy. In the wintertime, however, the shivering mass of die-hards waiting on benches outside the door to the place is mute testiment to the quality of the food. When you are eating outside, you get a shout out the window when your order is ready, and it's handed to you in an open-topped shallow box, which they later retrieve, asking you about your meal and chatting to you, which is quite nice.

This is my 9-year-old daughter's favorite restaurant, by the way. The kids would get lunch there in January. Seriously.
