Even though it is in non-tropical Portland, Pambiche is a Cuban restaurant with great breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Love the food and I am very happy it is a Portland option. Ropa Vieja is magnifica as a dinner entree.

Yeah, a Cuban would be nice ... ain't in the cards for me though (not in this neck of the woods).

I've only been to Joe's once, but the indignities related to trying to get my group seated transformed the meal into a miserable experience.
