I use a garlic aioli with lemon added for the chokes and lemon with a roasted garlic butter for the crab. But then again I just love dipping things in different sauces.

This topic makes me wish I was back home in the PNW!

Re:crab legs, what side dishes? (rouxdog)

I plan to steam the frozen cooked legs for heat along with drawn butter and lemon wedges. Question, what side dishes do you suggest? My first thought is rice pilaf, carrots w/ broccoli and key lime pie for dessert. Other considerations please....... I would prefer the rice dish topped with an appropriate sauce. Ideas please......
