It's air-conditioned now, and with handicap-accessible restrooms too, apparently. The Market has been open for most of the past two years, in a temporary location, but is now back at it's original location. On the weekends, there is also a market of merchandise vendors.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I haven't been down there myself in years, but it is definitely a great experience of DC culture.
