(ces1948)</title><description>  &lt;blockquote class="quote"&gt;&lt;i&gt;ptalley&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Back to the subject.&amp;nbsp; I ate at the bubba-Que in Brandon last night.&amp;nbsp; I had the rib-pulled pork combo, my wife had the brisket dinner.  &lt;br&gt;  The ribs were dry and tough.&amp;nbsp; They supplied a plastic knife and fork and the knife wouldnt cut the ribs apart.&amp;nbsp; When I complained, the server said well they are supposed to be so tender they fall aprt, no need to cut 'em.&amp;nbsp; She also offered to bring me some more.&amp;nbsp; I declined as they were so dry I had to douse 'em with sauce to eat them.  &lt;br&gt;  My wife's brisket was moist but shredded, not sliced, no sign of a smoke ring and not even a hint of smoke flavor.&amp;nbsp; My pulled pork was the only meat item that was acceptable, but still not smokey.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  They dont have a beer license and I should have left as soon they told me that.&amp;nbsp; Whats the point of bar b q without a cold beer?  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  So, in a nut shell, below average bar b q and a rough experience.&amp;nbsp; I wont be going back.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;/blockquote&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  There is a tremendous amount of Q places that can't or won't serve beer.&amp;nbsp; I won't hold that against them.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/fb.ashx?m=551860</link><pubDate>Sun, 08 Nov 2009 20:10:20 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re:You Got to Try BUBBA-QUES in FLA!
