Ahh no dice on Strawberry or Chocolate at my local outlet. Oddly enough, they did have tons of the original (banana) flavor---complete with throwback packaging. Never tried these before, so a nice surprise. She said the chocolate had sold out. Even better, it is 4 boxes of any of their cakes for $7.

Around where I live, when it comes to strawberry creme Twinkies, "limited time" means "never".

The strawberry cream is just ok. I do however really enjoy the new strawberry cupcakes.

I was not aware of the chocolate cream twinkies until I saw it on Twitter today. I am off to the Hostess outlet now (which is only like a mile down the road) :)

And just today, saw a new "limited time" treat, chocolate creme
Twinkies!

(So now, they 've had vanilla, chocolate, strwberry and the original (actually) banana filling).

Since each Twinkie has three creme holes, maybe they should do choc/van/straw in one!

Tried the ho-hos the other night. Didn't like the filling at all-was disappointed.

Here in NYC, strawberry Twinkies have appeared again, and this time with strawberry HoHo's as well. I saw the HoHo's first, which reminded me of the strawberry Twinkies had missed a few years ago hearing about them when I first joined here. So I looked toward the Twinkes, and sure enough they had strawberry creme as well. I grabbed both. Not letting them slip by this time.

The strawberry Twinkies tasted somewhat like the identical looking old Drake's Strawberry Shortcakes, but with that modern Twinkies taste, instead of the Drakes poundcake or Sunny Doodles taste. That was better.
The strawberry HoHo's tasted pretty much like any other chocolate-strawberry treat.
Labels say "Limited Time"!
