OK, I'm replying to my own message.

I need help from all of you!

I've used Road Food as a bible for where I should eat on the road for 16 years. Some advice would be nice. I've already scheduled 25 plus spots in the current Road Food, and past editions.

Come on folks, help me out!

I'm making a 7500 mile road trip to Alaska soon, and I need some suggestions for a couple of places to eat along the route. I've already done a lot of research in the forums, so I only have a few stops that are blank, "road food wise". So here goes.

Roswell, NM
    I have La Posta, which is hopefully open for breakfast on Saturdays, or late on Fridays for dinner. A second choice would be nice.

Durango, CO
    I have Durango Diner which hopefully is open for Sunday breakfast. Again a second choice would be nice.

Grand Junction, CO
    Nepal Restaurant is closed for lunch on the weekends. Any other suggestions?

Bend, OR
    Both dinner and breakfast suggestions would be appreciated.

Mojave, CA
    I've already picked Voyager Cafe for breakfast, but need some dinner ideas.

Kingman, AZ
    Both dinner and breakfast suggestions would be appreciated.

Pecos, TX
