When the creator of soft ice cream and franchising Tom Carvel, founder of Carvel's died it sparked an investigation by the family not only of his mysterious death but of the embezzling going on in his company. The family was soliciting to have his body exhumed. Anyone know of the latest deveopments in this case that one day will surely make it to one of those investigation documentary programs on Actuality TV?
