We are trying a new approach to fund raising. I like the bone-in, Big Chop. All they do here is fried catfish and chicken strips and the usual sides, slaw, fries and hushpuppy.  &lt;br&gt;      First is to business owners, county exec.'s and City Exec.'s. Tickets can be purchased at anywhere.  &lt;br&gt;      We have Reg. BBQ joints that have tried to get in, but failed. their BBQ is crap on my Map.  &lt;br&gt;      We need a good BBQ House.  &lt;br&gt;      Wife never enjoyed BBQ or should I say thought to look for good Que. Now she tells me whats good and what is bad. I love it.
