Very sad. At our event on Saturday, we were planning to serve Texas brisket and sausage from Louie Mueller's, smoked salmon from the Crabpot in Oregon, and pico de gallo from Tucson; and we were going to have a boudin maker fly up from Cajun country to serve sausage and cracklin's.
