OC Pig Assassins (a competition team) and Smoking Sloes (a BBQ joint).

The Johnsonville Big Taste Grill will also be there. 65' long and 20' high. Worlds largest grill.

There's going to be a KCBS BBQ competition in Sayville later this month.

Should be about 50 teams and they will have the Johnsonville Big Taste Grill (worlds largest grill) and a number of BBQ vendors on site.

They are also having contests for Pies, Cakes, Cookies and Breads that are free to enter with hundreds of dollars in prizes.

I'll be there if anyone else from Roadfood can make it.
