Use electric flat grill. Normally no vent required by HD as there is no gas to vent.

You will experience sticker shock when you look at some of the prices by Wells vs. Smokaroma. If you will be very limited as far as volume and initial investment...that is the way to start.

If you will also need small mobile ovens...some of the very best quailty deals to be had in this industry are in the Alto-Shaam line. I see some deals on Ebay that are absolute STEALS. The best quality highly-rated easy to use plug in and go to town (sans hoods/vents) cook/hold mobile  versatile professional equipment that is usually the most overlooked unrecognized and under-appreciated for what they are and what they can do for you.

I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has used or is using a ventless/selfcontained grill. I'm going to be renting a place that use to be a sub shop and I want to do eggs. I'm trying to find the best why to go about doing this without spending a ton of money. I have seen several units that have it built in over head but they are a small fortune. I have ben told there are table top versions that have the vents under it. The closest thing I have seen is a unit called the "instant burger". If there is anyone with this experience your input is of value. I'm looking for any alternative ideas as well. Thank you
