I'd shamelessly enjoy some. The party I'm going to this afternoon will feature peppermint martinis.

Oh, I fear the wrath from even posting this as there's no question that such is a "girlie drink" but after sampling such last week, I can also attest that it is a darn tasty cordial and one obviously perfectly suited for the current holiday season.

It hails from Hiram Walker's web site (http://www.hiramwalker.co...ngerbread%20Cookie/266) and features four ingredients blended together with crushed ice in a martini shaker as follows:

1 part ABSOLUT Vodka or ABSOLUT Vanilia (for a sweeter/fuller taste)

1 part Hiram Walker® Gingerbread Liqueur

½ part Kahlua®

1 part Half & Half

And, yes, while girlie, it's truly like drinking a gingerbread cookie. Happy Holidays.
