Nick's Famous Roast Beef (Smitty in CT)

Had a wedding to go to up in New Hampshire over the weekend, so I decided to take a slight detour and hit Nick's Famous Roast Beef in Beverly, MA.

They did not disappoint, I ordered 2 - 1/2 sauce (2 large - 1 junior), rings and large drink.

As always, the roast beef was warm and melt in your mouth tender, the onion rings were fried to perfection.

I don't know how they keep the up the consistancy, but I have never had a bad sandwich from Nick's.

I'm ready to go back for another......
