Colony Pizza Opening in Fairfield, CT (CTYanker)

Yes, I am a die-hard CT pizzaholic.

And Colony in Stamford, the home of thin-crust, hot-oil, sausage heaven is officially opening its second store. This one's in downtown Fairfield, due to open in the spring.

The guys from Trumbull's LL World Champs are the new owners, including NY Ranger Chris Drury.

I, for one, cannot wait. Read about it
