That sandwich does look good but I think I would lose the Parmesan tomato.

Never had pork roll, is that similar to baloney, only more hammy?

We have to thank McDonald's for making the egg McMuffin popular. It really is a very good sandwich and there are millions of people that would agree.

The last time I had an Egg McMuffin, they actually used eggs that had to be cracked rather than pourable egg-like stuff from a carton.

Well according to McDonalds website they still do.

Now this is what I call a complete breakfast. And the best part is that even though it might not be the healthiest choice, it is still better than McDonald's!

Looks great!
I would prefer a sausage patty to a link,though. Just for the simple reason it would be easier to keep it all together.

Egg McMuffins are a great hit the road in a hurry food. You can make them even better at home but then you would have to rename them to McDoItyourself. Complete with clean-up duties.

Great picture. I'm definitely looking them up next time I'm in Hampton Roads. I've found a couple of good breakfast places in VA Beach, but not this place. Awesome.
