I agree Tony, it's a place where everybody eats. My first exposure was as a kid with my father. I never thought it was anything but a good place to grab a dog. Esquire might have some twist I'm not aware of. But this is a good place to chow down, man woman or child.

Amen to what you said. My kids love it and it is a regular stop on our way to visit family in Maine. We usually stop on Saturday and will often see older couples that look like they have been coming to the place for many years.

The hot dogs are great, but my kids also love their pickles and I can get my fix of State Line chips.

I like George's...a lot, but when ever I am in there I see a lot of kids and little old ladies as well!

In the April issue of Esquire magazine there's an article "Places Men Eat". One of the entries is George's Coney Island in Worcester, Massachusetts.

This is my local favorite hot dog spot. I've been going there for chili dogs for forty years and they serve a consistently top notch product. Grilled Kayem dogs on steamed rolls with a unique chili sauce that rivals any I've ever had.

Here's a link to a local news channel coverage of the article with some nice dog views. Notice the mustard dripping neon sign on the front of the building, a classic.
