I would have flown, that's too much driving for me.

I wouldn't do it myself. Do you know what model cart that is and/or the manufacturer? I could get more info from them.
Re:Custom Professional Hot Dog Cart - $3,000 (Buck & Vi's)

tireland your pretty close to me, know of anyone with a full trailer set up fryer, grill, fire supression system ?

Re:Custom Professional Hot Dog Cart - $3,000 (ptireland)

Actually in the span of the last 2 weeks, my grandfather and uncle died in New York so I've just made 2 huge road trips. I did pass through Maryland both times though. I'm kind of road tripped out.

I didn't replace the siding, but I did work on the removable table on the right side which is very sturdy/heavy. It also has tabs to hold the grill in place.

As far as putting another sink in, or changing this to a 3 or 4 compartment sink, you can see that the whole sink area is riveted onto the side. If you drill out the rivets and remove it, you can replace it with the replacement and rivet that on there. My guess is you could buy a sort of sink replacement kit from any number of cart manufacturers or you could build it yourself.

You'd basically be replacing the fender on the right side of the cart and replacing it with a wider sink area, or adding a sink to the other side, which would mean you'd have to do some further plumbing under the cart.

If you don't feel confident about doing the repairs yourself, you could pick up one of these...

http://www.northbendoriginals.com/sinks.html

Re:Custom Professional Hot Dog Cart - $3,000 (CartDreams)

First of all, how did you get a custom "The Professional"? I read your post about all the rebuilding you did but you didn't mention anything about re-siding it and removing the cheap aluminum looking siding I hate. Did you get it like that? Or am I mistaken and this is a different cart? Do you know the model number? I love that style cart but none of them I've seen have the flat heavy duty stainless steel like this one. Really nice looking cart.

I just recently posted about starting my cart business in June if I get approved so I need to get a cart in this price range to start out. If you lived closer to me I would probably have no choice but to buy this, get you to show me how to use it a little, and somehow upgrade to four sinks to pass HD req's here. This, with the grill and your great (hopefully) handy work, is probably the PERFECT cart for me.

I've been thinking hard...how much extra to add the sinks I need, load it up in a U-Haul and drive that baby up north a little? I've been reading some of your posts and sounds like you could probably use the road trip/getaway anyway, eh?

Custom Professional Hot Dog Cart - $3,000 (ptireland)

Professional Hot Dog Cart in EXCELLENT Condition.
