Which Usinger's frank will you be serving? I love their beef dogs, but unfortunately they are not available in New Jersey. My husband Michael and I (now 61 and 55 years old) are opening our own roadfood place next month.

It's called the Pirates Lakeside Grill and is located on Nassau Lake in Rensselaer County, New York.

We'll be serving seven kinds of hot dogs: Usinger's, two types of Zwiegle's, Hoffmann's, Hebrew National, Nathan's, Arcadian Pastures (local, grassfed, nitrate-free). Four different burgers: 1/3 lb. 100% Angus Beef, local, pastured buffalo burgers, local grassfed, organic beef, and a veggie Garden Burger.

I just finished posting links to all our products on our website. (Just google Pirates Lakeside Grill to find it.)

Susie
