Will miss Betty, she was a class act and very respected in Milwaukee. Been a customer and supplier to her for years, the legend and quality will remain via Giovanni.

I'm very sorry to hear about this. My roadfood plans for the next few months include a visit to Speed Queen, and I regret that I won't have the opportunity to meet this special lady.

The WISN story can be found here. I've never eaten there but have heard good things about it, and it sounds like she's going to be greatly missed by both her family and community.
