I think Hotdogu is geared to the hd cart business maybe brick and morter. Give him a call to find out. How about working at a hd joint north of San Diego? In the La area there are plenty like Pinks selling at a storefront.

My wife and I are interested in getting into the Hot Dog business, especially considering the fact that we can't find a good dog in San Diego. I spotted this website and was wondering if anyone may know any owners that would be willing to be a protege for an ambitious couple. I am not new to running a business, just not a Hot Dog or Restaurant business. I am willing to travel and temporarily relocate to learn the trade. Does anyone have any suggestions or advise?
