(pimple2)

BTW, commercial flour tortillas are not high in fat; not necessarily low calorie. I found this out from a webpage of a tortilla machine manufacturer, so as not to be accused of spamming!!

"Nutritional Information:
Flour tortillas are a low-fat food and contain iron along with other B vitamins. They have about 115 calories with 2 to 3 grams of fat per serving."

If you use chapatis, i.e. Indian whole wheat flat bread, they make delicious tortillas without any fat. Try them and experiment. They are made from chapati flour, a whole wheat durum flour, also know as atta. Just ground durum wheat, partially sifted. Water and atta flour, kneaded, rested, rolled, roasted.

http://www.youtube.com/wa...bU&feature=related

no butter necessary at finish, purely optional

http://www.youtube.com/wa...PE&feature=related

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msCO2dgNjVU
Re:What are some good ingredients to make a burrito more healthy? If you're haunted by fat grams, use lean meat/drain well; use beans; use fat free sour cream; bulk it up with a bit more tomatoes, lettuce, and onion; and just enjoy the guacamole, it's not like you have a whole pint on each burrito!
Re:What are some good ingredients to make a burrito more healthy?
