Best hot dog?

IMO, a Thumann's or Shickhaus natural casing frank with spicy mustard and kraut. Doesn't matter who is serving it.

The legendary fried rutt's hut dogs are Thumann's. (made specially for frying) The fried ones are good too, but I prefer my dogs dirty water or steamed. (gives you that characteristic *snap* when you bite them!)

The Sabrett natural casing dogs are also great.

Keep doing your............ thing and don't worry about people like TJ who seem to have a problem with it. It's your "trademark" of sorts and it's not hurting anyone. TJ's is trying to make you look foolish with his own dot dot dot dot mocking, but you're not the person that he is making a fool of.
