PS. When it's served we put the sauce on the side for dipping it in or pouring a littlt at a time on, so the roll doesn't get soggy.

Yep Papa, 60-40 beef to pork, cumin, fresh garlic, Jalapenos seeded, a pinch of sage.

No , It has onion, green pepper, chicken broth, black pepper, fine grind, jalapeno pepper, corn starch, 1/2 & 1/2. liquify the peppers and onions in a Vita Mixer, chop up an additional sausage and add to the mixture.

!2 inch 6 oz. Jalapeno Sausage in Amoroso roll with Jalapeno peppered gravy with groung up sausage mixed in, therefore the chunks.I call it the Alamo Dog because once you have it you'll always remember it!!!
