They are under new ownership and the pitmaster is an old competition cook and Sportster rider. All their meats are cooked using Fat Jack's comp rubs but the real kicker is this--If you show them a current Harley Owners Group membership card they give you 10% off your total bill and that includes beer!!! Wood used is oak and the smokers are Southern Prides but they load enough wood in that the gas kickers just come on enough to start the logs off.
