We had one a couple of nights ago that weighed in at 3.25 lbs, making a very large filet for Janet and a Huge Strip for me (that I couldn't finish at one meal, but did after a late-nite tidbit snack!)&amp;nbsp; We even used a Cleaver to bisect the T-Bone to give equal shares to the Scotties.  &lt;br&gt; Total $18.50 for the meat.
