That photo reminds me of the Frisco Melt that is on the SnS menu across the country...only the sauce on the Frisco Melt is a 1000 island dressing, not a chili-like, dressing. A very good sandwich.

Yes, please. I have no idea what why NYer's call it Texas Sauce*, but I'm betting it's absolutely delicious on that burger. I want 2 of those RIGHT NOW. In fact, a reasonable approximation may have just usurped my original dinner plans.

*Despite having lived within 3 miles of Newburgh for years and spending too many of my formative years hanging out approximately 2 minutes from Danbury's Texas Hot Weiner, I refuse to accept that "Texas Sauce" is just a soupy chili.
