I also am glad that the professionals forum has moved. I am a cook in a restaurant and if I need specific info for any restaurant operations then I know where to look. Most of the people on this forum use this site as a social network not as a professional network. We are all looking for that next great place to eat or that next best meal ever while traveling this great nation.

JMHO

David O.

p.s. Mr. Rushmore an others, Thanks for all your hard work in trying to provide a great venue to talk about all things Roadfood!!
Re:Something new?
