I have had four business trips to Lansing and have gone to Golden Harvest each time. The last time was last month when I walked 1 1/2 miles from the downtown Radisson in the dark with the temp at 5 degrees. No regrets at all. In fact, on my return walk I was in such a breakfast stupor that I was oblivious to the weather extremities. Golden Harvest is everything a breakfast place should be.

Hell yes I have been here! Golden Harvest has a really dedicated clientele. It is a small place and it can be hard to get a table. People even line up outside in the cold waiting for spot. The grub is a mix of traditional diner breakfast grub and some hardcore specials that the staff rock out along with the banging tunes they play loud on the sound system. I had some killer blueberry streusel french toast last week, but my go-to's are either the breakfast burrito or the corned beef hash. Oh, and my kids love this place. In fact, my littlest guy was enjoying the breakfast burrito when he was in my wife's belly. She was in bed-rest and I would go to Golden Harvest to pick stuff up for her. Don't miss a chance to hit this place.

This is just a random shot int the dark, but has anyone been to Golden Harvest in Lansing, MI? Really you wouldn't eat there unless you are in the area, and even then not that many people knew about it.

It is my favorite. Huuge portions, fantastic price and all made right in front of you on this small grill. I don't have much experience with Diners, or know if they are all like this, but I am such a fan.

It would just make my day if someone else knew about this place (but not so many people that is becomes over run and makes it even more difficult to get a table).
