Doesn't look like a bad lineup. Too bad they couldn't (or wouldn't) have both the trucks and the free-standers, but methinks there is a bit of animosity between the two groups.

Probably not enough room. The park where they hold it is not that big. There will be other food vendors like Kettle Corn and other snacks. They usually have the Candle, Spice and Salsa peddlers there also.

In a salute to the burgeoning popularity of gourmet food trucks, the 41st Annual Scottsdale Arts Festival has replaced its regular line-up of restaurant professionals with vendors from the Phoenix Street Food Coalition.
For 41 years only the upscale Scottsdale Eateries were featured at this prestigious event.
James Beard must be rolling over in his grave!
