In Millstat, IL &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Forgot prep work is the key here.   &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;  When we do ours, after grilling, have a throw away alum. pan that we put them in to finish in BBQ sauce.  &lt;br&gt;  keep warm over indirect heat.  &lt;br&gt;  baby back ribs and snoots&amp;nbsp; what a meal.  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;/blockquote&gt; &lt;b&gt;We are having another snoot cook off at the Columbus Club in Millstadt on 09-24-11 on Sat. Everyone cooks snoots differently. I learned from an old black man in East St Louis about 45 yrs ago. I only put&amp;nbsp; sauce on my snoots just before serving them.
