I'm sure you could easily spend $10 a person at a place like that. In my local minor baseball park a hotdog, 22oz soft and a smallish cup of ice cream would run you about $10

$4 or $5 for the HD ... about $8 for the sausages ... $2.5 drinks ... $3 for icecream .... $56.5 to $59.5 ... I hope they got the the good Dogs....

Yesterday my son took the family and his wife's 90 year old grandparents to Washington, DC . Grampa had fought in the battle of the Bulge and his dearest wish was to see the World War 11 monument before he died. (Incidentally, he is in such great shape that he will outlive me) He and Grandma were very touched by the monument and the tour of all the other monuments.

At lunch time, he declared that lunch was on him. My son wanted to take it really easy on him so suggested that they keep their good parking space and just grab a hot dog and a drink from one of the vendor trucks parked along the street. Grampa agreed and handed my son fifty dollars. Seven were in the party. The order was for four hot dogs, three sausages, three drinks, and three ice creams. The bill came to a few cents short of $60.00! I am still in shock!

PS. The three ice creams were popsicles!
