It's something my husband grew up eating. All you do is make a simple white sauce with butter, flour &amp;amp; milk(add a little cream if you want to add extra richness). I peel the hard boiled eggs and put the yolks in a small dish. Mash them with a fork and add to the cream sauce. Then add the coarsly chopped whites. If you feel you need more eggs in it just peel a couple of more, chop and add.
