Cheddar Shredder in North NJ (WarmBeer)

Anyone know of a place in North Jersey that makes a dog w shredded cheese? All my recent lurking around this forum makes me hungry for one of my favorite dogs - the Yesterdog from Grand Rapids MI where I lived over 25 years ago:

The way they very finely shred the cheese really brings out the flavor. It does not overwhelm the dog but precisely compliments it for my taste.
