I of course had the hair of the dog. A bacon wrapped dog deep fried and covered with cheese then chili and finally a fried egg (over medium) on top. Took me a while to get it down. Bill had a pork sausage topped with pulled pork and crumbled bacon. Mike and Todd had the hair of the dog also. George (our Boss) decided on the hair of the dog AND a greek dog. This is a lamb dog with cucumbers, tomatoes and crumbled feta. He left in a food coma. The last time I felt this stuffed was when we ate the KFC Double Down. Two chicken breasts sandwiching two strips of bacon and two slices of Monterrey Jack. Won't do that again!
Man Bites Dog (brisketboy)

These guys used to be in a trailer but have since moved into a brick and mortar building. I highly recommend the Hair of the Dog. http://manbitesdogaustin.com/locations You'll need to stock up on lipitor.
