Here's a link to the blend. Not that it's all that secret or anything, but Craig Goldwyn put a lot of thought and time (and probably money) into his awesome website, and I'd rather give him full credit by linking it rather than pasting it.

Here's a link to the chicken recipe. The website itself is well worth the visit, there's lots of useful stuff related to cooking.

I'm good! And my joke fell flat...I figured that the chicken was made with parsley, sage...you know...

I'm the same way. I like to try new recipes as much as possible. My wife, however, hates it. So I usually make a backup dish, too.

Anyone else run into this? So far, my family loves the new ceramic cooker, except for one thing... Dad's research has turned up lots of new recipes, and Dad is the kind of guy who was a bachelor for many years, and doesn't mind trying new things, and when he has to he doesn't mind eating his mistakes.

"Tonight we're going to have 'Simon and Garfunkel chicken', I got the recipe from the internet and everyone who's tried it loves it!"
"Uhhh... what was wrong with the way you always made it before? Can't we have that?"

"Honey, try this new rib recipe. I got some tips on rubs, and this looks like it's going to be pretty good."
"Did you make one rack that way and one the way we like them?"

Sheesh. It's hard enough for anything new to crack my standard repertoire, but getting the girls to ask for anything new, that's impossible!
