Good Day!
My name is Kerwin Ngo, a student from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) College of Architecture in Manila, Philippines. I am conducting a research for my thesis which is a Food Museum featuring the Filipino culinary arts and food from all over the country. The project aims to preserve and promote the Philippine culinary arts, as well as to arouse interest in food tourism.
