Now if you put in enough outlets even for future use you did a great job. jack

DoB if I add more outlets now do I need to get a 125 amp box or try to find more circuits on a 100 amp panel ( before I install this one and have to take it out)? I would like 4 more

It depends on how many breakers your box will hold? Is it full or do you have room for more? Most people will double up on what they consider small usage runs, like several florescent lights can be on a single breaker because they don't draw a lot of amps. And if you do that you'll free up a breaker. But that said if you do that and you have a problem later (and the breaker trips) you'll lose power to anything on that circuit. That's why I think it's a good idea to have a circuit and breaker for each item or run that you have. Any decent electrician can ID what your bigger draws (amps) will be and they need to be on a single breaker. But again you can double up smaller usage items. Don't do it (double up) with pumps, refrigeration equipment, appliances that use electric for heat, like steam tables, microwaves, even a really good blender will pull high amperage when it is first turned on. But very low load items like a cash register, radio, florescent lights, and small signs, you may double up if you have too. Add up the amps those pieces of equipment draw and don't exceed the breaker limit. If you have the room, money and want to, sure get a bigger box with more breakers, but you don't really have to do that. If and when a breaker trips I like to be able to look on the inside door of my breaker box and know the number 14 is my cash register. And number 21 is my fresh water pump. And if I have a problem I'm only going to lose power to one item not the entire right side of my kitchen. But there are others here on RF that are much better suited at this part of your build than I am, so I hope they will give you a hand.
jack

Re:Cincy Truck Build from Scratch I-yi-yi (chefbuba)

PurpleCheetah

Chef how many amps are you running? do you have a microwave?
