Thanks for posting this! &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/fb.ashx?m=665527</link><pubDate>Thu, 25 Aug 2011 15:48:36 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Yummy catfish recipe "Catfish Allison" (Rusty246)</title><description>  I receive emails from "Mr. Food" and thought I'd try this particular recipe.&amp;nbsp; It begins by stating:&amp;nbsp; Mr. Food and our TV production team went nuts over this recipe when they visited a restaurant in the Mississippi Delta.&amp;nbsp; They thought it was one of the best fish recipes they had.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  I have to agree, it's addicting.&amp;nbsp; Rich but addicting.&amp;nbsp; These flavors just really work. And I know you're not supposed to tamper with recipes....  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  1c grated parmesan( I used 2/3)  &lt;br&gt;  1/2c mayo  &lt;br&gt;  1/2 stick butter, room temp ( I used 1 stick butter, call me Paula)  &lt;br&gt;  3 scallions, sliced  &lt;br&gt;  1/2t worcestershire sauce  &lt;br&gt;  1/2t hot sauce  &lt;br&gt;  4, 6oz U.S. farm raised catfish fillets  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  Preheat oven to 350, coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray  &lt;br&gt;  In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except catfish, mix well  &lt;br&gt;  Place fish on prepared baking sheet, spread mixture evenly over fish  &lt;br&gt;  Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork, serve immediately.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  I actually put mine under the broiler for a short time.&amp;nbsp; Served this with a fresh salad.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;  Give it a try!&amp;nbsp; I wish I knew who Allison was, I'd like to shake her hand.... &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/fb.ashx?m=665512</link><pubDate>Thu, 25 Aug 2011 13:58:41 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
