He was born in the Bahamas to Haitian parents, and has a little of both in his cooking.&amp;nbsp; For instance, the conch fritters are served with a little container of pikliz (VERY hot Haitian slaw with habenero peppers).&amp;nbsp; All the locations are pretty "divey."&amp;nbsp; I think the one on NW 2nd Ave (US441) at 203 st has closed.&amp;nbsp; I've been to the one on 54th St and the one on West Dixie Highway.&amp;nbsp; Service is SLOOOOOWWWW, so you might want to call ahead.&amp;nbsp; The one on West Dixie has a counter with a few stools.&amp;nbsp; The one on 54th St has outdoor picnic-table seating under cover.&amp;nbsp; It also has a drive-through window. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;
